Rajah kaleeswaran

Rajah Kaleeswaran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Site Engineer at Banu Construction. Rajah then transitioned into the field of recruitment, working as a US IT recruiter at MIPS WEB SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they sourced qualified candidates through various job boards and conducted pre-screening interviews. Rajah then joined Trident Consulting as a US IT recruiter in 2018, where they continued to source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process. In 2019, they moved to Crescens Inc. as a Sr US IT Recruiter, responsible for technical recruitment of potential candidates for permanent and contract positions. Their responsibilities included managing the recruitment life-cycle, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating rates with vendors. After two years at Crescens Inc., Rajah joined Reksys Technology Solutions in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead, where they managed a team of recruiters and played a key role in talent acquisition. Most recently, in 2022, Rajah joined IntellectFaces, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leveraging their expertise in recruitment to contribute to the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

Rajah Kaleeswaran's education history starts from 1997 to 2011, when they attended Angelo Matriculation Higher Secondary School. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or study a particular field of study.

In 2011, Rajah enrolled at Kalasalingam University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering. Rajah completed their undergraduate studies at the university in 2015.
