Ritesh Dalal

Ritesh Dalal has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ritesh started their career in 2005 as a Manager of Application Development and Business Development at Montage - IT Consulting and Talent Management. Ritesh then moved on to work as a Digital Experience Manager at Pegasus Consulting Group in 2005-2006.

In 2006, Ritesh joined TD Ameritrade as the Head of Web and Mobile Application Development and Vendor Relations. Ritesh led globally distributed teams and multiple departments, overseeing various technology and product verticals. During their time there, they played a key role in major flagship redesigns and vendor integrations.

In 2013, Ritesh co-founded LearnerX and served as the Head of Technology before stepping down in August 2013. Later that year, they joined Proteus Digital Health, Inc as the Head of Front-end Engineering, Web/Mobile Applications, and DevOps. Ritesh was responsible for managing client-facing product strategy and the development and delivery of mobile and web applications.

Ritesh also worked as an Advisor/Investor at Campusly from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Product and Technology at Wildboom, where they led product and technology strategy for the company and its clients.

Also in 2015, Ritesh joined ServiceNow as a Lead Consultant for Employee Experience. Ritesh specialized in Service Portal and custom application development and led architecture and redesigns of internal employee portals.

In 2015, Ritesh co-founded Lacima Investment Group and served as a co-founder and investor.

Most recently, Ritesh founded Intellective in 2016 and currently serves as CEO. Intellective is a dedicated design and development studio specializing in the ServiceNow platform. They help customers maximize the value of ServiceNow through services such as ServiceNow Mobile, Employee Experience, and custom application development.

Ritesh Dalal has a diverse educational background. Ritesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics from Rutgers University. Additionally, they have a degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University. In 1998-1999, they attended Pixel Multimedia Academy and received an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia. In terms of additional certifications, Ritesh Dalal is a Certified ScrumMaster obtained from Scrum Alliance in May 2012. Ritesh also obtained Series 63 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA, although the exact time of obtaining these certifications is not specified.
