Delois Babiker

DeLois Babiker is the CEO of Intellectual Concepts, LLC, where DeLois oversees Information Technology services such as project and program management, cyber security, and software development. Prior to their current role, DeLois served as the Director of Application Services at Georgia Department of Human Resources, managing a large team responsible for application development and maintenance. With a Masters in Information Management from George Mason University and a CIO Certification from Carnegie Mellon University, DeLois has a strong background in IT leadership and management.
