Pei En Tan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects and Partnerships at PSA International since August 2023 and holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since April 2021. Pei En has contributed to the policy direction of early childhood education through the Policy Advisory Council of CHILD from April 2022 to July 2023. With experience as Divisional Director at the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) from July 2019 to July 2023, Pei En led national education reforms and strategic planning. Pei En's prior positions include Director of Workforce Planning at the Ministry of Manpower, where initiatives like the SkillsFuture movement were developed, and various strategic planning roles at the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. Pei En holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
