Colin McIlveen

Colin McIlveen serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Voices, a leading Creative Services Marketplace, where responsibilities encompass client sales, talent sales, customer support, customer success, revenue and sales operations, and managed professional services. In addition to this role, Colin acts as a mentor at Intellectual Property Ontario and held the position of Senior Vice President of Growth at Stradigi AI, overseeing sales and customer success operations. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Operations and VP of Strategic Initiatives at D2L, where Colin contributed to strategic planning, pricing strategy, and financial modeling. Colin also served as Senior Director of Business Operations at Research In Motion, focusing on North America business strategies, and has extensive experience in financial analysis from earlier positions at Research In Motion and Rogers Communications. Colin holds an Honors degree in Political Science and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
