Karen McClure

Karen McClure is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and strategic initiatives across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the CEO and Principal of InnovateIP Consulting Inc. since August 2023, Karen focuses on helping Canadian organizations succeed by leveraging intellectual property, data, and technology. Additionally, Karen holds key roles as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee for Intellectual Property Ontario, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Halton Healthcare. Karen's previous positions include significant leadership roles at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, SOLCORP, and as an independent consultant, guiding various organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and various certifications in governance, project management, and change management.
