Walter Massenburg

Walter Massenburg is currently an advisor at Intelleges. From April 2010 to April 2015, they were a member of the Board of Directors at ClearMotion. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Readiness and Sustainment at BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. from August 2007 to December 2009. Walter was also the Commander at Naval Air Systems Command from November 2003 to February 2007. In addition, they were the President and CEO of LeadByEx, Inc. from July 2010 to November 2020. Walter was also the Senior Director of IAMD Sustainment at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems from January 2009 to December 2010. Lastly, they were a Program Manager at PMA-290, NAVAIRSYSCOM from January 1993 to December 1999.

Walter Massenburg has a Master of Arts from the U.S. Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Affairs, a Master of Science from the University of Southern California in Systems Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College in Physics. Walter also has certification from the Society Of Logistics Engineers as a Demonstrated Master Logistician and ASQ - World Headquarters as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
