Christine Larsen

Christine Larsen has over 15 years of work experience in talent management and recruiting. Christine is currently the Director of Talent Management at Intellex, where they lead innovative programs and improves productivity for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and food industry clients. Previously, Christine worked at Advarra as a Talent Manager, where they matched experts to projects in the life science industry. Before that, they were the Manager of Recruiting Operations at Aquarius Professional Staffing, where they provided coaching and mentoring to a team of recruiters and account managers. Christine's experience also includes roles at FirstGroup America and Fifth Third Bank, where they managed employee engagement and retention, developed recruitment strategies, and recruited for various positions.

Christine Larsen attended Stephen T. Badin High School for their high school education. Christine then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Industrial Relations at the University of Cincinnati.
