Jason Tyler

Jason Tyler has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jason is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. Jason previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant in the biotech, medical devices, technology, and retail industries from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they had a consulting assignment as a Talent, Team, and Culture Consultant at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals in 2017. From 2014 to 2017, Jason served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cengage Learning, where they developed strong relationships with managers and provided support and counsel to maximize talent performance. Jason also had a significant role as the Human Resources Director at Fresenius Medical Care from 2007 to 2014, where they implemented HR initiatives and utilized data to support management decisions. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at WebMD Health Services from 2004 to 2007, where they served as a business partner and supported employees across various departments.

Jason Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Milford High School from 1992 to 1996, earning a General Studies diploma.
