Anitha Rani Ramdoss

Anitha Rani Ramdoss has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Anitha Rani began their career as a Mainframe Developer at UST Global, where they worked on coding and developing COBOL, JCL, SAS, CICS, and DB2 for an insurance company in the US.

Following that, Anitha joined Cognizant as a Health Claims Specialist, where they managed Wellpoint claims testing, designed claims automation solutions, and drafted business requirements and workflows for medical claims, dental, life and disability, and vision. Anitha Rani also played a key role in implementing HIPPA 5010 and ICD-10.

At Cognizant, Anitha took on various managerial positions, including Program Test Manager/Business Consultant, Program Test Manager, Program Manager, and FACETS Test Consultant/Lead. In these roles, they specialized in designing corporate restructuring and IT separation program management, managing multiple accounts and testing workstreams, and implementing learning and development products. Anitha Rani also had experience in managing FACETS product implementation and multiple FACETS towers.

More recently, Anitha worked at Global Healthcare Resource as the Director of Quality Assurance and Engineering, and later as the Senior Manager of Automation TCoE. In these positions, they oversaw quality assurance and engineering functions, managed automation projects, and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Currently, Anitha is the Head of Quality Assurance at Intellias, where they continue to lead and drive quality initiatives within the organization.

Anitha Rani Ramdoss completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from P.S.R Engineering College in India between 2000 and 2004.
