Kostyantyn Shynder

Kostyantyn Shynder has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the software development and consulting industries. Kostyantyn has held positions such as Senior Delivery Director at Intellias, Engineering Consultant at Consulting, Head of Talent Management and Director of Client Engagement & Delivery at Nortal, Director at EPAM Systems, Delivery Director at Intellectsoft, Delivery Director and Director of ISV Practice at Luxoft, and Team Leader at both UBS Development Center at Luxoft and Materialise NV. Throughout their career, they have successfully transformed organizations, established development sites, and acquired long-term clients. Kostyantyn has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on building successful partnerships.

Kostyantyn Shynder completed a post-graduate degree in math modeling at Lviv State Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Applied mathematics from the same university, graduating in 2007. In addition, they have obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in February 2023.
