Test Engineering Lead at Intellias

Luís Teixeira has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Bachelor Student at Universidade de Aveiro. Luís then worked as a Master Student at the Department of Microelectronics and Computer Science at Technical University of Lodz from 2012 to 2014. Later, they had roles as an Embedded System Engineer at TECH4HOME, a Junior Software Engineer at AES Aerospace Embedded Solutions GmbH, and a Software Engineer at Airbus. From 2015 to 2018, Luís worked as a Junior Software Engineer at CRITICAL Software. Luís then joined Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, S.A. as an Embedded Software Developer and later as a Software Developer - Bootloader. Luís also held roles at Bee Engineering, including C++ Developer, Validation Engineer, and Technical Leader. Currently, they are working as a Test Engineering Lead at Intellias starting from 2023.

Luís Teixeira holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, which they completed from 2008 to 2014. Luís also obtained a second Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Lodz University of Technology, with enrollment from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their passion for music and received a degree in Saxophone from Academia de Música de Castelo de Paiva, where they studied from 2002 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Luís Teixeira has earned several certifications, including the EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in 2022, and certifications in Python Data Structures, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), and Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX in 2021 and 2018 respectively. Luís also holds a Clean Code Development certification from Konzept Informationssysteme AG in 2016, and various other certifications in fields such as networking, embedded systems, and programming.
