Oleksandr Maidaniuk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oleksandr is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Intellias, where they lead the company's technology strategy, transformation, and partnerships. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor and Mentor in the Mission Possible venture-building program. Oleksandr has also been an Investor in companies like Noty.ai and Delfast Inc., as well as in tech startups on pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds. Before that, Oleksandr co-founded Test UA Startups, a platform connecting testing engineers with Ukrainian startups. Oleksandr also held leadership positions at Ciklum, including Global Head of Quality Engineering and Director of Testing Center of Excellence. Additionally, they co-founded BeQA Today, an initiative providing IT courses for people with disabilities, and QA Club Kiev. As an Advisory Board Member of the BrainBasket Foundation, Oleksandr contributed to the organization's mission.
Oleksandr Maidaniuk has a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university (2005-2009). Oleksandr also holds several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Scaled Agile Framework Certified Agilist.
