Jaswandi Sakpal

Jaswandi Sakpal currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at Waystar since March 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Engineering at American Express, where Jaswandi led a team focused on developing scalable and secure systems for Virtual Payments. At Eltropy, Jaswandi advanced the company from a startup to a scalable engineering organization, while overseeing client implementations at LIFELENZ for an AI-based SaaS product. At O.C. Tanner, Jaswandi implemented integration strategies to enhance product offerings. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology and a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
