Roy Wills serves as the Global Head of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Med Devices & Strategic Partnerships at Intellias since February 2025 and hosts the Game Changers Podcast, which focuses on healthcare and technology innovation. Roy is also a Board of Trustees member at The Amistad Center for Art & Culture. Prior to these roles, Roy held significant leadership positions at SoftServe as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences Industries, Virtusa as Vice President of Sales for Healthcare Payers & Providers, EPAM Systems as Healthcare Transformation Executive, and Cognizant as Managing Director for Insurance Portfolio Growth. Roy began professional career at LexisNexis as Senior Director of Data & Analytics Product Development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, an Executive Leadership Program from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
