Viktoriya Tsytsak

Viktoriya Tsytsak, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director and Head of the CEO Office at Intellias, focusing on transforming strategic company agendas into actionable initiatives within governance, business growth, and operational efficiencies. Previously, as Salesforce Practice Leader at SoftServe, Viktoriya achieved significant value chain scaling and led the development of new IT strategy services. With extensive experience in academia, Viktoriya founded and directed the MBA in Digital Transformation at the Kyiv School of Economics and has lectured at several institutions, including Ukrainian Catholic University. Prior roles at ELEKS and PwC involved advising top executives and managing project portfolios for public and private sector clients in Ukraine and Central Europe. Viktoriya holds a PhD in Mathematical Models in Economics and multiple degrees from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
