Alicia Raciti

Director Of User Experience at IntelliBridge

Alicia Raciti has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design. Alicia is currently the Director of User Experience at IntelliBridge, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Charter Communications from November 2018 to October 2021, where they held the position of Sr. Manager, Enterprise Design – Design Strategy/Service Design. In this role, they established and led the human-centered design program for the Spectrum Enterprise division, managed a team, and oversaw deliverables. Before that, Alicia was a User Experience Designer at Comcast Cable from April 2015 to October 2016, where they focused on customer onboarding and support. Alicia also worked as an Independent User Experience Consultant at Brief Technology in 2015, providing user experience strategy for a startup focused on creating an electronic medical record system for veterinary professionals. Alicia's earliest work experience includes roles as a Web Intern at the Kimmel Center Inc. in 2009 and various positions at Vanguard from 2011 to 2014, including Information Architect and Interaction Designer. Alicia has also contributed to a national non-profit organization as a Chapter Leader and Instructor for user research classes. Overall, Alicia Raciti has a diverse background in user experience design with a focus on human-centered design.

Alicia Raciti attended Duquesne University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Design & Development. In addition to their degree, Alicia has also obtained certifications in Service Design Management - Setting the stage for Implementation and Service Design for Resilient Strategic Planning from The Service Design Network in June 2021 and May 2021, respectively.
