Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson is an accomplished UX designer with extensive experience in user experience design and mentorship. Currently serving as a UX Designer II at IntelliBridge since October 2021, Heather has successfully conducted usability testing, resulting in an 80% customer satisfaction rating, and created design artifacts to enhance product innovation. In addition to this role, Heather mentors junior designers at adplist.org. Previous positions include UX Software Design Engineer at Leidos, where collaboration in an agile environment led to the development of impactful dashboard UIs, and a Database Research Assistant Intern at Penn State University, where a prototype for the library's database page significantly improved user navigation. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology.
