In July 2021, they completed the "Web Design Completo" course from Origamid. Melanie also completed a Digital Marketing course at Yoobee Colleges in December 2020.

Melanie's commitment to professional development is evident through their recent certifications. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in "Creativity: Methods to Design Better Products and Services" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). Additionally, in October 2022, Melanie completed the "Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman" and "Gamification - How to Create Engaging User Experiences" courses, also from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF).
