As a minority female entrepreneur from rural Montana, Mee Chung Kim, Founder/RN, was determined to widen the geographic reach of her vision.  She has combined her diverse skill sets across technology, healthcare, and recruitment to develop AI-powered solutions that effectively bridge gaps between staffing recruiters, healthcare facilities, and nurses.

We have developed a proprietary Two-Step Sealed Bidding System (TSSBS), a groundbreaking platform designed to revolutionize healthcare staffing.  By promoting competitive pricing among local staffing agencies and individual healthcare professionals, TSSBS helps drive down costs for Montana facilities. 
Our unbiased, vendor-neutral platform—unaffiliated with any particular staffing agency—allows healthcare facilities to compare and select the best talent at the most competitive prices.
