Dilara Isikli has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dilara started their career in 2017 as a Software Engineer Intern at IZTIM Software Company. Dilara then interned as a Software Engineer at Hotelier101 - Simplified Hotel Software, where they worked on front-end web development and created a web service for the hotel management system.

In 2018, Dilara worked as a Deep Learning Engineer Intern at Loggma, gaining experience in the field. Dilara later joined Poste Italiane in 2020 for a training camp at Sapienza University, where they developed an object detection system for satellite data to estimate population density.
