Samantha Russell

Samantha Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and relationship management. At intelliflo since September 2016, Samantha serves as the Strategic & Enterprise Customer Success Lead and previously held the role of Strategic Customer Relationship Manager. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Bellpenny from October 2012 to September 2016 as the Integration Team Leader, contributing to a national team of financial planners. Samantha’s career in client services began as a Client Services Administrator at Ascentric from September 2011 to October 2012, following an administrative role at Cedar Lawns Associates from January 2008 to June 2011. Samantha graduated from Bath Spa University in 2011 with a BA Hons in International Education.
