Wanwei CAI

Wanwei Cai has had a successful career in the tech industry. Wanwei began their career in 2013 as the Development Group Leader for Loongson Technology Co., Ltd. During their time there, they led a 6-person team to implement the Kernel Based Virtual Machine (KVM) system based on the MIPS processor architecture. Wanwei also developed the Linux Kernel and peripherals for the Loongson 3A processor, and optimized the system foundation library. In 2015, they joined Chengdu Zhongxin Information Technology Co., Ltd. as the Development Manager. In 2017, they moved to Bitland as the AI Chip Toolchain Responsible Person. Finally, in 2019, they joined Shenzhen Yuntian Technology Co., Ltd. as the AI Accelerator Toolchain Chief Engineer.

Wanwei CAI attended the University of Science and Technology of China from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology. Wanwei then attended the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Doctoral degree in Computer System Architecture.
