Rachel Kemp Luss

Rachel Kemp Luss currently serves as Chief of Staff at Open to Debate, a non-partisan, non-profit organization focused on combating polarization in American politics through critical thinking and civility. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Feedback Loop, a platform facilitating agile market research for businesses. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to Associate Clergy at Park Avenue Synagogue and to the CEO at MIRA Real Estate Investments and Property Management. Additionally, Rachel gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Torrey Commerce. Rachel holds a degree from Rutgers University, completed in 2015.
