Miriam Plaza

Miriam Plaza has several years of experience in research, evaluation, and analytics. Miriam worked for Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. as the Research, Evaluation, and Analytics Lead, where they managed a team of analysts and data scientists and developed research and evaluation projects for government and private organizations. Miriam also served as a consultant, providing technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, program evaluation, statistical methods, and reporting. Prior to that, they worked for Camber Corporation as an Evaluation Specialist, leading teams responsible for research and evaluation projects for government agencies. Miriam also supervised an internal team and managed relationships with government customers and industry partners. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Miami, where they worked on evaluation projects for public schools in Miami-Dade County and across Florida. Miriam'sresponsibilities included developing evaluation plans, conducting data collection, analyzing quantitative data, and writing technical reports.
