Heather Hoffman

Heather Hoffman is a seasoned Senior Copywriter with extensive experience in various roles focused on digital content and storytelling. Currently, Heather works at Intelligent Demand since February 2024, following a tenure at Standard Deviation and Refine Labs, where the emphasis was on creating impactful copy to drive engagement and enrollment. Prior positions include serving as Senior Copywriter and Digital Content Director at SSDM, alongside a contract role at Hanson Inc. Notable experience also includes a significant role at Toledo Lucas County Public Library as Digital Content Manager and Social Media Manager, where Heather contributed to record enrollment figures through effective storytelling and developed the university’s brand voice at Lourdes University. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The Ohio State University.
