Kristina Nalbandyan

Kristina Nalbandyan serves as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Intelligent Digital Technologies since February 2018, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, addressing employee relations, overseeing performance appraisal systems, and ensuring legal compliance in HR management. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at the same company, a position in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, and consultancy in landscape design for "Flower Club" magazine. Additional experience encompasses serving as a business assistant for a member of the Armenian parliament, editorial work for "Flower Club" magazine, and managing foreign economic activities for "Alita." Kristina Nalbandyan holds a degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University obtained between 1996 and 2001.
