James Randle

James Randle is a Senior Engineer at Intelligent Energy, specializing in fuel cell test and development since October 2017. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Perkins Engines Company Limited, starting as a Field Follow Engineer and progressing to Aftertreatment Calibration Engineer, focusing on SCR control strategy validation and machine data analysis. James also worked as a P & E Calibration Engineer at Perkins, where responsibilities included software calibration development for performance and emissions. Earlier in the career at Ford Motor Company, James developed calibrations to meet diverse performance and emissions targets and was responsible for the initial calibration of the Smart Regeneration Charge system. James holds a BEng Honours degree in Automotive Engineering Design from Coventry University, earned in 2002.
