Anna Lanigan

Anna Lanigan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Anna is currently working as a Product Owner at IGS Limited since October 2021. Prior to this, Anna worked at Zonal Retail Data Systems from August 2019 to October 2021 as a Product Owner and from March 2018 to July 2019 as a Product Engineer in Test. Anna also gained technical skills and knowledge as a student at CodeClan from October 2017 to February 2018.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Anna worked in the events and conference management sector. Anna served as a Conference and Events Services Manager at Edinburgh First at The University of Edinburgh from March 2017 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles including Conference and Events Executive, Head of Conference and Events (Maternity Cover), and Conference and Events Coordinator at the same organization from October 2008 to February 2017. Anna's early work experience includes being a Conference Event Coordinator at Crown Moran Hotel from August 2004 to December 2007.

Anna Lanigan completed a SQA Professional Development Award in Software Development (Level 8) at CodeClan from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Ulster University from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Applied Arts. Additionally, Anna Lanigan has obtained several additional certifications including the Professional Scrum Product Owner level I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in November 2020, the ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester Extension from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in February 2019, and the ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in September 2018.
