Juliette Goddard has a diverse work experience in engineering and STEM-related fields. Juliette started their career as a Phd Researcher Assistant at Heriot-Watt University, where they assisted a PhD student in developing experimental equipment for biomedical stent design. Juliette then worked as a Student Engineer at 4c Engineering, where they contributed to the development of engineering project ideas and wrote grant proposals for the aquaculture industry. Juliette also served as a Vice President at Watt Women in STEM, where they organized events, promoted the society, and built connections with academics and businesses to support females studying STEM subjects. Juliette was also a WES Undergraduate Board Representative during their time at the university. Additionally, Juliette was a team member and video producer for Team ESTEEM, where they contributed to the design and construction of a solar-powered eco-house in Dubai. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at IGS Limited, where they are involved in CAD modeling, technical schematic creation, and engineering procurement in the R&D team.
Juliette Goddard completed their education in mechanical engineering. From 2016 to 2021, they attended Heriot-Watt University and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they participated in a third-year exchange semester abroad program at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
