Marta Dorobat has worked at IntelligentBee since 2016. Marta started as an Engineer IT/Technical Support/L2 Backup/Team Manager of Euro Customer Support and worked in this role until June 2019. After that, they became the Director of Customer Support, a position they currently hold.
Before IntelligentBee, Marta worked at Capgemini as a Customer Service Advisor from September 2013 to October 2014. From October 2014 to June 2016, they worked as a Senior Analyst in Account Administration.
Marta Dorobat attended the Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2004 to 2008, where they studied in the Faculty of Computer Science. Marta then pursued their education at the same university from 2009 to 2012, this time in the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences.
