Karen Ward-Manning

As one of the account directors, Karen Ward-Manning oversees a portfolio of law firm clients in the South East. Since joining Intelligent Office in 2012, she has worked on a wide range of accounts, honing her specialism of reengineering and standardising law firm efficiencies and secretarial support teams.

Karen has a diverse background, starting out as a key account manager and then moving into risk and governance roles before becoming a barrister and ultimately running the day-to-day operations of a law firm for several years. She is able to mesh together the legal, risk and compliance elements along with her client facing experience she gathered in her previous roles, to help her teams understand the pressures that fee earners are under and to inspire the teams that she supports to deliver outstanding services.
