Cass Becher

Cass Becher is a seasoned marketing and customer experience professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager Customer and Products at Intellihub Group since February 2024, Cass has held multiple significant roles including Head of Customer, Marketing and Digital Transformation at BMW Group Financial Services Australia and Head of Customer and Digital Transformation at Transurban. With a solid educational background in marketing and a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) from the University of Melbourne, Cass's expertise encompasses customer strategy, marketing communications, digital transformation, and operational leadership. Additionally, Cass has contributed to community initiatives as a Foundation Committee Member at Very Special Kids and has recently taken a self-imposed sabbatical to enjoy summer before embarking on the next career adventure.
