Jason Young

Jason Young's work experience includes serving as a Chief Technology Officer at Intelline Inc. since March 2018. In this role, they are responsible for designing and manufacturing efficient industrial generators using reconfigurable linear motor technology and unique combustion chamber design. Prior to this, they worked as a PMO CSC - Engineering Intern at the Department of National Defence from September 2017 to December 2017, where they developed and implemented an automated collaborative data environment. From January 2017 to April 2017, Jason worked as an Operations & Maintenance Junior Mechanical Engineer at Canadian Solar Inc., where they developed and tested snowfall mitigation solutions for solar panels. In this role, they also implemented automated data collection and statistical analysis processes. Jason gained experience as a Technical Student at Toronto Hydro from January 2016 to September 2016, where they optimized civil and electrical infrastructure in electrical distribution and conducted mechanical analysis of overhead infrastructure. Lastly, Jason worked as a Technical Student at AFS Advanced Factory Solutions Inc. from June 2015 to September 2015, where they engaged in CAD design and project management activities, including developing drawings and models of production line elements and utilizing hydraulic/pneumatic control and ladder logic.
