Soumya Prakash Mishra is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in service strategy and management. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Intellinez Systems and Director of Information Systems at PracticeLink since January 2019, Soumya has a proven track record in high-tech consulting and service expansion. Notable contributions include establishing and managing the Integration Platform Engineering service at Emerson, where over 150 Oracle Middleware Instances were supported, along with providing 24/7 ITIL-based support handling over 1000 support tickets monthly. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager and Tech Lead for Oracle Fusion Middleware at Emerson, and Senior Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies Limited, specializing in Oracle database and applications.
