Jason Zhang

Jason ZHANG currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Financial Advisory as well as Employer of Record/Professional Employer Organization for Healthcare and Life Sciences at IntelliPro since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Team Leader in Executive Search at Procareer, where a recruiting team of over 10 consultants was established, specializing in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Previous experience includes positions at Pharma Executive Search focused on R&D talent acquisition and business development, and at PLink Consulting, where Jason concentrated on talent acquisition in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls. Academically, Jason holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Accounting from Beihang University, with studies spanning from September 2012 to June 2016.
