In this role, Colin builds demonstration solutions using potential customers' data while highlighting issues related to fraud, malpractice, and inefficient procedures. Responsibilities also include training, supporting internal IT, consulting with existing clients, and developing partner relationships. Prior to this, Colin held the position of Principal Consultant at LexisNexis from May 2000 to October 2002, where technical support was provided for online information websites and internal CRM software. Colin's early career included working as a mainframe operator at Centre File from 1988 to 1991.
