Michael Conches

Michael Conches is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer service, project management, and data entry. Currently serving as a HIM Project Specialist at Intellis since November 2021, Michael has previously held multiple roles at The Home Depot from May 2019 to November 2021, including Department Supervisor and Service Desk Team Lead, where responsibilities involved overseeing team operations and ensuring high customer service standards. Prior experience includes significant positions in inventory management at Procacci Brothers and various roles at The Home Depot starting in 2012. Michael has also gained leadership skills as a Shift Manager at Wawa, Inc. Educationally, Michael is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from Indiana University South Bend, with an Associate of Arts from Middlesex Community College and certifications in Baseball GM and Scouting, along with Baseball Analytics.
