Allen has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of IntelliSavvy offerings. He oversees the key functions of global delivery, business enablement, and strengthening customer relationships by offering customized services to fit the customer's business needs.

Allen is an accomplished executive with decades of experience in leading and growing service-based global businesses providing IT services oversight for highly matrixed staff and contracts in excess of $500 million for Fortune 500 companies in the Manufacturing, Technology, Health Care, and Telecommunications industries.

As Chief Operations Officer at NASCO, he managed a $60M budget and provided operational support for NASCO’s 8 major BCBS Plans processing 150 million claims at greater than 80% first-pass rate; saved $400,000 annually by consolidating multiple Information Processing Centers.

As VP of International Operations for HP in Mexico, he was responsible for service delivery and responsible for $60M in revenue, and $300M in contract administration. As a Client Executive at Texas Instruments, he increased new business growth by $10 million during a 3-year tenure.

At General Motors, he led the implementation of the first SAP manufacturing footprint for GM Manufacturing plants in China reducing operational costs by $ 4 million/plant/year. He Launched 13 new products to increase the market share in Asia Pacific Region and led the execution of 5 Joint Ventures increasing manufacturing volume from 400,000 units per year to 1.5 million units per year, setting the foundation for the 2nd largest global market. As a Regional Manager at GM, he was responsible for the operations of two assembly plants and a data center. He was instrumental in winning The Malcolm Bridge Quality award for the Cadillac division of General Motors.

Allen received his MBA from Central Michigan University and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee university.
