Frank T. Willis

Frank T. Willis is responsible for the business strategy, financial performance, and successful execution and growth of the overall business.

Previously, Mr. Willis led the strategy, business development, marketing and technology transition of numerous SBIR projects. His background includes leading worldwide strategic planning and business development for all target vertical markets in the military/aerospace, communications, industrial, oil and gas, transportation, security, and healthcare fields.

Mr. Willis received his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. In addition, he served on active duty in the US Air Force from 1974 to 1978. He received a direct commission in 1984 and remained in the US Air Force Reserves until retirement in 1996.
