Sherri Singh has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Sherri began as a Customer Service Representative at Tmobile Dealer and held that role until 2015. Sherri then moved to AT&T and worked as a Customer Support Analyst until 2019. After that, they worked as a Network Support Engineer at Allbridge until 2021. Currently, they are a Customer Support Engineer at IntelliShift.

Sherri Singh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College. Sherri also holds a High School Diploma from Jfk memorial high school in Iselin, NJ (2009-2011) and Lodi high school in Lodi, NJ (2007-2009). In addition, they have obtained various certifications from CompTIA, Cisco and Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ (both obtained in July 2021), CompTIA Security+ (obtained in July 2020), Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) (obtained in August 2020) and ACMA (obtained in June 2020).
