Shyamu Badugu worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Intellisoft Technologies starting from January 2012. Before that, they had a role in HR at GSS America from 2004 to 2010.

Shyamu Badugu attended Dutton's High School from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
