Amber Howard

Amber Howard is the head of Human Resources for the U.S. at Intelliswift. She is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Amber is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the HR industry. Her previous experience includes running a successful consulting business where she worked with clients on policies, procedures, employment law, and fundamentals of all core areas of HR. Prior to that she worked as an HR Manager and Director with experience in employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll/compensation, organizational development, process improvement, employee engagement and full-cycle recruiting.

Amber graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Human Sciences focused on HR, Finance, and Management. She also has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR and PHRca) and Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials.
