Madhvi Thakkar is the VP of Client Services at Intelliswift. In this role, she leads a team of national sales associates. She oversees talent acquisition, growth opportunity identification, and project solutions client service functions within the organization. Madhvi offers a wealth of experience and insight from her 20+ years of experience in Information Technology. Having worked for companies such as Zensar Technologies and Pyramid Consulting to name a few, she is a technologist, a Certified Product Owner (CSPO), and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist. In addition, she is an entrepreneur in a healthcare startup. She has recognized achievements in strategic and consultative selling, revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention. Her experience has enabled her to create and execute sales strategy roadmaps and successfully onboard target accounts resulting in high revenue growth. She holds a P&L responsibility for Talent & Digital Solutions across multiple BU’s at Intelliswift and servicing while not limited to Fintech, Hi-tech, Healthcare & Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG.She is committed and devotes her time as a volunteer, sponsor, speaker, and panelist to organizations such as WIT (Women In Technology), (NMSDC) National Minority Supplier Diversity Council, and TechServe Alliance, amongst a few others.She is passionate about her causes and takes pride in successfully being able to identify women talent from the Non-IT workforce, training them in leading technologies, such as Digital and Automation, and enabling them into the field of IT. In doing so, she has provided them with real-time project opportunities, getting them employed in corporate jobs and impacting a better quality of life for themselves.Madhvi has a Bachelors’ in Commerce, Economics, and Marketing from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.
