Chang Zi Qian

Chang Zi Qian has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Trainee Advocate and Solicitor at Rajah & Tann. In 2012, they became Assistant Head, Innovation & Enterprise at the National Research Foundation / Prime Minister's Office. In 2014, they joined Business China as a Committee Member, and in 2015 they became Co-Founder and CEO of Intelllex, a legal-tech startup.

Chang Zi Qian received their LLB from Singapore Management University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 2003 to 2004, and The Chinese High School from 1999 to 2002.
