Program Manager, Education (Evolve) at Intellum

Helen Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Helen started their career as a Multimedia Producer/Digital Asset Manager at OCB Media in 2001. Helen then worked as an ICT Officer at Education CPD+ (formerly Science Learning Centre) from 2011 to 2013, providing IT support and web development for CPD training courses. Helen also worked as a Web Developer at De Montfort University (DMU) from 2013 to 2014.

In 2013, Helen joined Domino's Pizza Group Limited as an Instructional Designer, where they planned and developed online training for the Manager development program. Helen also delivered learning programs and materials for store training. Helen then worked as an e-Learning Developer at the University of Cambridge from 2015 to 2020, creating and maintaining the Central Finance Division's eLearning catalog and managing and improving the Finance Division website and Division Intranet.

Most recently, Helen has been working at Intellum since 2020. Helen initially served as a Learning Experience Designer for the Evolve authoring tool, where they were responsible for creating learning experiences and promoting Evolve through social media and internal support. Helen is currently serving as a Program Manager, Education (Evolve), overseeing educational programs for the Evolve platform.

Throughout their career, Helen has gained experience and proficiency in a variety of tools and platforms, including the Adapt authoring tool, Moodle LMS, Adobe suite, and Microsoft Office.

Helen Bailey, CTM, FLPI completed their education at various institutions over the years. Helen obtained a Cambridge MA degree from the University of Cambridge in 2018. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design from De Montfort University in 2001. Helen pursued their A levels at Birkenhead Sixth Form College from 1996 to 1998, and completed their GCSEs at St Mary's College, Wallasey Village from 1991 to 1996. Helen attended St Joseph's Primary School from 1984 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Helen Bailey has obtained several certifications. Helen is also a certified FLPI (Learning and Performance Institute) and has completed courses in coding from Code School including "You, Me," "adventures-in-web-animations," and "discover-drive," although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
