Roopesh Nair

Roopesh Nair has extensive experience in the technology and recruitment marketing industries. Roopesh is the Founder and CEO of Intelo.ai, an advanced Interaction Insights Platform. In this role, they utilize AI technology to analyze risks and opportunities for organizations, empowering them to make informed decisions and take action.

In addition, Nair serves on the Advisory Board for Future of Talent at HR.com. Roopesh provides guidance and insights on talent management and the future of the industry.

Previously, Nair worked at Symphony Talent, where they held multiple positions. Roopesh was the President and CEO, leading the development of a recruitment marketing platform that integrated CRM, career site, and programmatic advertising. Roopesh also served as a Product and Innovation Advisor, driving the integration of Symphony Talent and its competitor, Smashfly.

Before that, Nair was the Vice President of Global Lead for Consumer Engagement at SapientNitro. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for the consumer engagement business unit, focusing on commerce, content, CRM, and other marketing platforms.

Prior to joining SapientNitro, Nair held the position of Vice President of e-Commerce at Acquity Group, a subsidiary of Accenture.

Nair began their career at Sapient, where they worked as a Director, leading the implementation of a multichannel platform for a Fortune 100 retailer.

Throughout their career, Nair has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, leadership, and innovation in the technology and recruitment marketing sectors.

Roopesh Nair has completed an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School. Roopesh also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
