Nikhil Bali

Nikhil (Nik) Bali, M.Ed., is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Intelsat since April 2024. Previously, Nikhil worked as a Curriculum Development Specialist at CHEMTREC® from April 2023 to April 2024, and as a High School Social Studies Teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Collaborative Team Leader and MTSS Coordinator. Nikhil also managed the Old Firehouse Teen Center from September 2015 to August 2018, overseeing a community after-school program for nearly 100 students and managing a budget exceeding $250,000. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in Curriculum Development and a Bachelor's degree in History, both obtained from George Mason University.
