Andrew Hajj

Andrew Hajj has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Andrew is currently employed at IntelyCare as a Software Architect, where they are responsible for designing and implementing software solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company.

Before joining IntelyCare, Andrew worked at DEKA Research & Development as a Software Program Manager. In this role, they contributed to product development by writing code and performing code reviews. Andrew also led agile ceremonies, ensured project timelines were met, and managed backlog and release planning.

From 2015 to 2021, Andrew held multiple roles at Enterprise Information Resources Inc. Andrew started as a Software Engineer I, where they designed and developed an iOS manager approval app for a hospital. Andrew then progressed to the role of Software Engineer II, where they focused on UI and backend integration, database development, and secure code checks. In 2019, they were promoted to Software Engineering Manager, leading a team of 5-6 developers. In this role, they managed software development projects, implemented quarterly release schedules, and collaborated with internal and external teams.

Andrew's early career included an internship at EMC as a Software Engineering Co-op, where they contributed to testing and bug fixing in the Unified Storage Division. Andrew also had an Android Programming Internship at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they developed an application for monitoring biometrics. Additionally, they worked as a Nanotechnology Lab Intern at the same university.

Andrew Hajj completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2010 to 2014. Andrew later pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Development from Boston University Metropolitan College, completing it from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degrees, Andrew also obtained a Graduate Certificate in IT Project Management from Boston University Metropolitan College in May 2023. Andrew also received a Master of Science degree from Boston University - Metropolitan College in September 2021.
