Iván Alejandro Marugán

Iván Alejandro Marugán has a range of experience in the technology field. Iván began their career in 2014 as a Linux System Administrator at buguroo. Iván then joined Datatons in 2016, where they served as a Linux System Administrator and later transitioned to become a Big Data Engineer. In 2018, they joined Paradigma Digital as a Site Reliability Engineer, working on a project for the migration of Cloudera from Azure to AWS/On-premise. Iván later took on the role of Big Data Engineer, working on a project to audit and design the Apache Kafka platform for Vodafone. In 2020, Iván moved to Intelygenz, where they started as a Platform Engineer and then progressed to a role combining Platform Engineer and DevOps responsibilities.

Iván Alejandro Marugán's education history includes a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Universidad de Alcalá, obtained between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, between 2012 and 2014, they completed a course at IES Luis Braille, earning a Higher Technician certification in Computer Network Systems Management. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Terraform Associate from HashiCorp in November 2021, Varnish Administration Course from Varnish Software Group in November 2016, and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019.
